You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

NexaSift is a platform that allows you to visualize, analyze, compare, organize and generate reports from structured data files.
The primary supported format is JSON. Additional formats may be introduced over time, but we do not guarantee the availability of any format not currently listed on the Service.
NexaSift offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The features, limits and conditions of each plan are described on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, limits and pricing. Material changes to pricing will be communicated to affected subscribers in advance, as required by applicable law.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — depending on the plan you select.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the renewal before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment service provider. NexaSift does not store your full card number.
We receive from Stripe only the information necessary to manage your subscription, such as the Stripe customer identifier, subscription identifier, billing status and billing metadata.
Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the processing of your payment information.
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time through the billing portal or your account settings.
When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after that period.
Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

You are responsible for the content of the files you upload, paste or process using NexaSift.
You represent that you have the right or authorization to process any data you submit, including any personal data of third parties that may be contained in your files.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates applicable law.
Your files may contain personal, confidential or sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that submitting such data to NexaSift is compatible with your legal obligations.
You retain all rights, title and interest in the files and data you submit to NexaSift.
NexaSift does not acquire ownership of your content by virtue of your use of the Service.
By submitting files to NexaSift, you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive, technical license to store, process and generate reports from your files solely to the extent necessary to provide the features you request.
This license does not grant the Operator any commercial rights to your content and terminates when your files are deleted or your account is closed.
You must not use the Service to: abuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; submit malware or malicious content; overload the Service deliberately; violate the rights of others; or engage in any unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We strive to keep NexaSift available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute uptime.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Operator's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, if any.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we believe your activity creates risk or liability, or as required by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the Operator is established.
Mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the law of your jurisdiction of residence remain preserved and are not waived by this provision.
